Psychotherapy might be thought of as a jig-saw puzzle.  We lay the pieces out in front of us and attempt to see how they fit together to make a harmonious whole – a picture we can comprehend.

The mind grows through exposure to the truth.  The foundation for both mental development and truth are emotional experiences.
